Mesa Technology Company Plans to Triple Its Workforce in 2019

On days when bad news seems to dominate the headlines, it’s refreshing to focus on something positive. That’s easy to do when looking ahead to the job market in Mesa.

Tech company Myndshft has recently announced that business is booming, and as a result, they’re planning to triple their workforce in 2019.

The Myndshft Evolution

Myndshft was founded just four years ago, in 2015, with two employees. Today the company employs about 30 people and plans to hire 75 to 85 more by the end of the year.

With such rapid growth, it’s natural to wonder about the company itself. Myndshft offers a truly unique product – one that has the potential to revolutionize healthcare.

The company describes what it does as “cognitive blockchain as a service.” You’re not alone if you don’t know what that means – but the concept itself is not that difficult to understand.

Basically, Myndshft uses a combination of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology – that’s the encryption that people have used to create cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin – to make it easier and faster for healthcare providers to approve services and deliver the care that people need.

If you follow the news, you know that security breaches are common at big companies. They’re most concerning when they involve people’s sensitive financial or medical information.

Myndshft’s blockchain solution, which is called CognitiveBus®, offers providers the technology they need to approve treatments quickly. The company says:

Myndshft enables healthcare organizations with the most modern technology to connect disparate data sources, automate complex business processes, and adopt artificial intelligence/machine learning to transform health and healthcare. It drives greater efficiencies, lower costs, and higher levels of customer satisfaction.

With that explanation in mind, it’s easy to understand why Myndshft is growing rapidly. The technology they’ve created is something that can streamline healthcare. According to the company’s founder and CEO, Ron Wince, “we can do something like prior authorization that takes anywhere from… a half hour to weeks, we can do in less than a minute.”

If you’ve ever waited for a procedure or treatment to be approved, you know that kind of speed represents a monumental improvement.

A New Location

With plans for rapid hiring and growth in 2019. Myndshft needed a new location. They found one in the Red Mountain Business Park, which is part of Mesa’s aerospace, manufacturing, and technology hub in the city’s Falcon District.

The new space occupies 11,000 square feet. While the company considered locations across Phoenix, they ultimately chose to move just a quarter mile from their old location and remain in Mesa.

Wince said of the new space, “we were able to find a really cost-effective place that we could expand into and continue to grow.”

That decision offers employment opportunities to the people of Mesa.

What Kind of Jobs Will Be Available?

Myndshft needs new employees to fill a variety of positions, including jobs in sales, operations, and software engineering. According to their website, they’re seeking employees who are honest, driven, open to collaboration, and willing to embrace change.
